Our training and further education programme at a glance

With our three vocational schools, we cover a broad spectrum for sound basic training in the healthcare sector. At the two locations on the Careum Campus and at Pergamin in Greencity, we not only offer general education, vocational studies and inter-company courses, but also targeted support and learning programmes. Our graduates with a federal certificate of proficiency have the opportunity to obtain a vocational baccalaureate in parallel with their training. Particularly noteworthy is our bilingual teaching, from which prospective healthcare professionals also benefit, as it is taught in English. With our experienced teaching staff and our practice-orientated didactics, we aim to prepare you as a qualified specialist to make decisions, take responsibility and respond to rapid changes in the healthcare sector. We support you in learning independently and throughout your life, acquiring comprehensive knowledge and working effectively in a team to meet the demands of the working world. A degree course will enable you to further develop healthcare in an evidence-based and patient-centred way. At our university of applied sciences, we offer you a wide range of training and further education programmes that are optimally tailored to the needs of practice. Whether you work in nursing and care, management, counselling or training: We see it as our task to help you progress in your day-to-day work. In our further training programmes, you will train your decision-making skills and expand your understanding of the needs of clients, residents, patients and employees. With our modular training courses, you can put together a customised programme to suit your professional tasks and goals, your educational background and your life situation.
